The digital management of the sample trial process is realized, including trial application, feedback collection, and data analysis, so as to improve the trial effect and user satisfaction.

Sample Trial Management

  • Trial/No-trial Application Submission: Sales personnel can submit sample trial/no trial application through the system, fill in the relevant proof materials;
  • Hospital Confirmed: After receiving the trial application, the hospital confirms whether it agrees to the trial in the system and fills in the relevant information;
  • Sign the Feedback Form Online: If the salesperson is able to visit the hospital in person, the doctor can sign the trial/no-trial feedback form online, ensuring ease of signing and traceability.
  • Electronic Feedback Sheet Processing: If the salesperson cannot come to the hospital in person, the system supports the process of downloading, sending, filling and uploading the electronic feedback form.

Processing and Validation of Physician Feedback Forms

  • Feedback Sheet Validation: Sales personnel verify the feedback form signed by the doctor in the system to ensure the accuracy of the information;
  • Error Handling: If the information is found wrong, the system provides a communication channel, and the salesperson can ask the doctor to fill in the correct information again.
  • Information Update: The sales staff updated the information on the online platform according to the doctor's feedback form, including the number of trials and effect evaluation.



 

Special Feedback

  • Special Feedback: Provide a special feedback button in the system to deal with the report application of product scrap, loss, expiration, demonstration loss, etc.
  • Records to View: Provide lists and tabs to view the application records for special feedback and ensure that special cases are handled in a timely manner.

Special Approval Management

  • 90-Day Alerts: The system provides a reminder function to ensure that users do not re-submit applications within 90 days.
  • Application for Special Approval: In special cases, users can submit special approval applications to QA colleagues offline to ensure that special cases can also be handled in a timely manner.
